About The Role
Tend Health is seeking a highly analytical, systems-oriented Clinical Operations Senior Associate to support and strengthen our national tele-mental health platform serving healthcare professionals.
This is not an administrative role. It is an operational strategy role.
You will sit at the intersection of clinical care, data, compliance, and systems design translating data into decisions and process into performance. You will help leadership identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and build scalable operational infrastructure as we grow.
We strongly prefer candidates with an MBA or equivalent advanced training in business, healthcare operations, or analytics. The ideal candidate combines business rigor with healthcare fluency and can move seamlessly between spreadsheets, dashboards, regulatory frameworks, and operational execution.
If you understand how reimbursement models affect clinician utilization, how credentialing impacts revenue cycles, and how data informs quality metrics this role is for you.
What you will do
Provide strategic and analytical support to clinical, operational, and executive leadership
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to inform real-time decision-making
Analyze EHR and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Improve workflows across credentialing, onboarding, compliance, scheduling, and clinician performance
Support regulatory reporting (CMS, NCQA, HEDIS where applicable)
Develop operational KPIs and performance scorecards
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement system enhancements
Anticipate operational risks and propose scalable solutions
Own special projects that drive measurable improvements in efficiency or margin
This role requires someone who thinks in systems, not tasks.
