Work Schedule: Remote; U.S. Business Hours (9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST)

Compensation: USD 13500 17,500 annually annually (based on experience and location) Reporting To: Executive Director, Clinical Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Clinical Operations Senior Associate to join our growing tele mental health organization. This is a key operational role supporting our mission to deliver high-quality, accessible mental health care to physicians and healthcare professionals nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in healthcare data analysis, including the ability to interpret complex clinical and operational data to drive quality improvement and strategic decision-making. Proficiency with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is strongly preferred. Experience working with EHR data, SQL, and healthcare analytics tools such as Athena Insights, RedCap, or Snowflake is a plus. A strong understanding of clinical performance metrics, quality indicators, and healthcare regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., CMS, NCQA, HEDIS) is highly desirable. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, and is highly skilled in using data and technology to drive operational excellence. You're the person who sees how systems connect, spots inefficiencies before they become problems, and takes initiative to make things run better.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and analytical support to clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.
  • Build, manage, and interpret reports and dashboards using Excel and other data tools to guide decision-making.
  • Support and enhance workflows across clinical operations, compliance, and credentialing functions.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processes involving scheduling, clinician onboarding, and patient management.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve systems, strengthen communication, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Anticipate needs, identify operational gaps, and take initiative to implement solutions with minimal direction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business operations, data analytics, or a related field. Strong preference for candidates with an MBA.
  • Advanced knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, including terminology, credentialing, and compliance.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong familiarity with EHR systems, EHR data, SQL telehealth platforms, and data reporting tools is essential. Experience with platforms such as the following, preferred:

  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare or telehealth environment.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across clinical and operational teams.
