About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Clinical Operations Senior Associate to join our growing tele mental health organization. This is a key operational role supporting our mission to deliver high-quality, accessible mental health care to physicians and healthcare professionals nationwide.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in healthcare data analysis, including the ability to interpret complex clinical and operational data to drive quality improvement and strategic decision-making. Proficiency with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is strongly preferred. Experience working with EHR data, SQL, and healthcare analytics tools such as Athena Insights, RedCap, or Snowflake is a plus. A strong understanding of clinical performance metrics, quality indicators, and healthcare regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., CMS, NCQA, HEDIS) is highly desirable. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, and is highly skilled in using data and technology to drive operational excellence. You're the person who sees how systems connect, spots inefficiencies before they become problems, and takes initiative to make things run better.
