Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate located in Bengaluru. The Senior Associate will handle a range of responsibilities, including independently handling clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing strategic legal counsel to clients, conducting legal research and managing a part of the team. The role involves working closely with clients in the Corporate, M&A, Employment, and Real Estate sectors to address their legal needs efficiently and effectively. Collaboration with internal teams and mentorship of junior associates will also be essential.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Corporate M&A, Private Equity, Employment law, and Real Estate law
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Exceptional research, critical analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment
• Experience in client advisory roles
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
• L.L.B. from a recognized university; additional certifications in M&A or Corporate Law are a plus
• A minimum of 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm
