Know it matters. Your role involves supporting the financial reporting process by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within the Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) system. You will collaborate with various teams, handle user queries, perform system controls, and contribute to process improvements, all while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and business requirements. Assist in Monthly and Quarterly IFRS/Planning/Regulatory/Sol II close process and reporting in HFM.
What you'll be doing
What will your essential responsibilities include
- Ensuring the availability and accuracy of GL data in HFM to facilitate reliable financial reporting.
- Assisting in the monthly and quarterly IFRS/Planning/Regulatory/Sol II close processes, including translations and consolidations, aligned with the close calendar.
- Performing HFM metadata updates, maintaining order, and executing control reconciliations to uphold data integrity.
- Diligently performing system controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance with process standards.
- Handling user queries promptly and providing support to resolve system-related issues.
- Preparing reports and reconciliations for ad-hoc requests from controllers, ensuring timely delivery of accurate information.
- Working closely with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Documenting processes, systems, and controls to support audit readiness and compliance.
- Collaborating with multiple teams to standardize and improve existing processes for increased efficiency.
- Supporting system integrations and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate changes and enhancements.
You will report to Delivery Lead, Chief Accounting and Capital Office.

- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Commerce, IT, or related fields (M.Com, MBA, B.Tech, Postgraduate in IT).
- Relevant years of post-qualification experience in Financial Systems / Financial Close & Reporting environment.
- Effective IT skills, especially in MS Excel, Macros, VBA, SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Robust analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
