Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Control applications including LabVantage LIMS, Empower, and SDMS.
- Program, implement, and test modifications and standard functionalities.
- Debug and resolve issues by analyzing trace files.
- Prepare technical design documents, solution summaries, operating procedures, and manuals.
- Develop and maintain application development policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support application release control, installations, and upgrades.
- Engage stakeholders in the specification of new services and major upgrades.
- Ensure user requirements align with functional specifications, testing, and end-user experience.
- Support validation and testing (IQ, OQ, PQ, UAT) and conduct end-user training.
- Maintain adherence to Security and Compliance policies within Service Delivery scope.
- Stay updated on internal IT systems, documentation standards, and industry best practices.
- Support operations and ad-hoc requests as needed.
Experience Required
- 4-7 years of experience in business analysis, software development, or Quality Control applications.
- Hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS, Jasper Reports, and GxP-compliant environments.
- Experience in application development, debugging, validation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of Core Java and related development practices is a plus.
