Job Description

Billing Management: Oversee the billing process, including generating and issuing invoices to customers or clients for products or services rendered
Billing Systems: Utilize billing software or systems to process invoices and track billing information accurately
Invoice Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of billing information, including pricing, quantities, and discounts, to minimize billing errors
Client Communication: Interact with clients to address billing inquiries, provide billing details, and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes
Accounts Receivable: Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payment from customers
Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile billing and revenue data to ensure consistency and accuracy between billing records and financial statements
Billing Compliance: Ensure billing practices adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and accounting standards
Reporting: Prepare and present billing reports and analytics to management, highlighting billing trends and performance metrics
