What You Will Work On

• Lead end-to-end deal execution, from mandate initiation through transaction closure

• Prepare high-quality transaction materials including financial models, valuation materials, information memorandums, and data books with analysis & insights

• Drive investor and buyer outreach, including managing discussions through the deal lifecycle

• Coordinate and manage due diligence across financial, tax, legal, and commercial workstreams

• Conduct sector research, market mapping, and analysis to support deal origination and execution

• Contribute to business development through pipeline building, pitches, and client engagement

• Support structuring discussions and execution of definitive transaction documents

• Build and maintain relationships with founders, CXOs, investors, and strategic buyers

What We Expect

• 5–7 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, or Corporate Finance, preferably at an investment bank, boutique advisory firm, KPO/back-office or mid-tier accounting firm

• CA, CFA or MBA

Required Skillset

• Demonstrate strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities, with hands-on experience across transaction lifecycles

• Prepare and deliver high-quality, insight-driven pitch materials with strong positioning and financial analysis

• Exhibit solid understanding of deal execution, including syndication, due diligence, and transaction closing

• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex business situations

• Manage multiple stakeholders across clients, investors, and internal teams effectively

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership — someone who takes initiative and follows through without needing to be chased
