Title- Senior Associate Automation and Performance Tester

Job Description-

– Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and MSTest.

– Design and implement performance tests using JMeter to assess system performance and reliability.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

– Manage the release regression testing process to ensure smooth and timely software deployments.

– Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

– Use Git for version control and maintain organized and efficient code repositories.

– Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with developers to resolve defects.

– Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting best practices in test automation and performance testing.

– Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

– Participate in team meetings, provide updates on testing progress, and report on testing metrics.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

– Proven experience in automation testing, particularly with Selenium and MSTest.

– Strong knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter.

– Proficiency in C# programming language and xPath for test automation.

– Experience with SQL for database verification and testing.

– Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management.

– Hands-on experience with version control systems, especially Git.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

– Experience in team management and leadership roles.
