Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-oriented and analytically strong Associate Manager Marketing to drive and scale our digital acquisition and retention initiatives across Selsmart and MetalMandi. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle management, and data-led decision-making.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, can think strategically, and execute with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Digital Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels
  • Manage and scale Retention Marketing initiatives including CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and re-engagement campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI, CAC, and LTV
  • Work closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with business goals

Analytics & Business Understanding

  • Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and cohort data to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and marketing efficiency
  • Apply strong business acumen to align marketing strategies with revenue and growth objectives

Strategy & Execution

  • Support marketing strategy development for D2C & B2B initiatives and brand-led campaigns
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure
  • Identify new growth channels, tools, and marketing innovations

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams including product, sales, tech, and operations
  • Communicate insights, results, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders

Key Requirements

Education & Background

  • MBA in Marketing / Business Management from a reputed institute
  • Strong academic and professional background

Experience

  • 56 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with B2C companies
  • Proven experience in managing performance marketing and retention channels
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and CRM platforms

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent understanding of business fundamentals and customer lifecycle
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
