Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back-Office Support Specialist to support and enhance internal financial operations tools. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of daily processes, maintaining data integrity, and supporting reconciliation and remittance workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience working in financial services or operations support environments.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
- Manage and monitor the End-of-Day (EOD) job to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Provide daily operational support for internal financial systems, resolving issues promptly to minimize business disruption.
Fund Admin Mapping & Maintenance
- Actively maintain Fund Admin (NT) mapping, enabling the operations (OPS) team to adjust mappings as needed through dedicated functions.
- Develop and manage mapping for 1WS fund, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
Reconciliation Support
- Manage mappings from multiple sources of data ensuring that the data can be utilized by different teams.
- Oversee the reconciliation (recon) process, identifying gaps and implementing new functions to streamline and automate workflows.
Remittance Data Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to import, update, and verify data, ensuring data integrity and completeness.

Key competencies
Essential Skills
o4-6 years of experience working as App Support / DevOps engineer
oPrimary Technologies: C#, SQL
oStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills
oAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teams
oExcellent communication and documentation skills.
oFoundational knowledge of financial instruments and concepts, including asset types, trade lifecycles, and securities commonly associated with hedge funds.
