Qualification: Postgraduate in Economics/Business Administration/Mass Communication
Principal Accountabilities:
Policy work in MSME and deepen the engagement with all stakeholders. Develop policy briefs and representations, work on stakeholder consultations and meetings for policy discussions, carry out surveys for policy inputs, provide policy feedback to relevant ministries in a structured manner, and participate in government meetings.
- Prior experience in carrying out research, report writing, working with multilateral agencies and project management will be an added advantage
- Conceptualize, develop and execute sectoral events including budgeting, website content, Speakers, Speeches, social media, program content, post-event reports, etc.
- Generate revenue for the MSME Division through events, projects, capacity-building programs, etc.
- Manage the technical, operational, and Financial discipline of the division
- Enhance CMSME Membership with focused strategy and effectively manage the membership process
- Maintain MIS of the division for improved fact-based decision-making and reporting purposes
- Coordinate with internal FICCI departments and state offices and assist in executing MSME-focused agendas/programs.
Competencies:
Technical (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude)
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Indian MSME sector, including policies/schemes
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and exposure of social media tools viz. LinkedIn, Twitter
- Experience of handling MSME-focused assignments/projects with central/state govt., SIDBI, and Multilaterals
- Good Project Management and BD skills
