Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned
territory.
Identify and engage with OEMs, EV manufacturers, and key industry stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and
customer satisfaction.
Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the EV
drivetrain space.
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Production, and Service) to ensure
timely delivery and customer support.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
Represent Rotomotive at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE) Mechanical, Electrical, or related
discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 1012 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive
components or EV solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
Strong understanding of drivetrain systems and EV technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team if required.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
