Job Description:
- Review and evaluate architectural designs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and designers to ensure that design solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with architectural standards and principles
- Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices for the organization that are optimized for BIM
- Identify and mitigate design risks and issues by collaborating with project teams, designers, and stakeholders
- Ensure all architectural designs are consistent with the organization's strategic objectives and long-term goals
- Participate in project planning and governance activities to ensure that designs are aligned with business requirements and project objectives
- Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to identify and resolve cross-functional design issues
- Liaise with the statutory and local authorities to obtain design approvals
- Lead by example and ensure QMS and Project Life Cycle compliance across team and projects
Responsibilities:
- Provide training and mentoring to junior architects and other members of the project team.
- Support in planning resource needs and escalate as required if there are resource concerns. Support the recruitment process as required.
- Provide feedback on team performance and development requirements
Contribute to required business development opportunities
Contribute to the delivery of the business unit strategy
Qualifications. - The candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institute.
- At least 12 years of proven experience in a similar role demonstrating an exemplary track record.
- Experience in working on projects in Europe/ Netherlands.
- Expert knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Expert knowledge in BIM processes combine and review models, clash detection, manage changes etc.,
- Excellent technical writing skills.
