- Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and interpret client requirements.
- Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions.
- Prepare design presentations, drawings, and detailed documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely approvals, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.
- Supervise site execution to ensure design intent is met.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee detailing, material specifications, and cost estimates.
