Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Architect position located on-site in Lucknow. In this role, the Senior Architect will oversee architectural design processes, guide project development, and ensure integration of design with construction. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, leading design teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architectural Design and overall Architecture
• Proficiency in integrating various project components and ensuring compatibility
• Experience in Project Management, including setting timelines and managing teams
• Understanding of Software Development as it applies to architecture-related tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency with design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is required
