About the Role:We are seeking ahighly experienced and creative Senior Architectto lead the design, planning, and execution of multi-domain architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of functional design, compliance standards, and a proven track record of delivering innovative, sustainable, and practical architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of architectural projects across commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial sectors.
- Prepare and review design concepts, drawings, and construction documentation.
- Ensure designs comply withCMDAandDTCPapproval norms and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to translate requirements into creative design solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and design staff.
- Oversee site coordination, design implementation, and quality control during project execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 1015 years of experience in architecture, with exposure to multi-domain projects.
- In-depth knowledge ofCMDAandDTCPnorms, approval processes, and building bye-laws.
- Strong design sensibility with the ability to blend aesthetics and functionality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
