Sanah Infra Projects Private Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Architect who can take complete ownership of the design team, all design deliverables, and direct client communication. The ideal candidate will lead the full design process, manage junior architects, and ensure smooth coordination with clients and consultants.

• Take full ownership of all architectural design work produced by the team.
• Lead concept design, schematic design, and detailed working drawings.
• Review, guide, and approve work prepared by junior architects and interns.
• Ensure all design output meets quality, accuracy, and functional requirements.
• Integrate sustainable, innovative, and cost-effective solutions into designs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all design-related client discussions.
• Understand client needs, refine design briefs, and translate them into practical solutions.
• Present design concepts, revisions, materials, and updates clearly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through timely communication and follow-ups.

• Manage the complete architectural workflow from design to execution stage.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants for integrated design solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings, reports, and documentation as per project schedule.
• Work closely with project managers to maintain project alignment and quality.

• Conduct site visits to verify construction accuracy and design compliance.
• Address design-related issues promptly and provide technical guidance during execution.
• Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams for smooth progress.

• Lead, mentor, and guide the design team in day-to-day tasks.
• Maintain a collaborative design culture focused on quality and professional growth.
• Plan workload, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and related software.
• Excellent knowledge of building materials, detailing, and construction practices.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client handling.
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality output under deadlines.
