Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential projects, strong design sensibility and knowledge of design software. You will be responsible for handling projects from concept to execution under minimalsupervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts.
- Prepare 3D views and material boards.
- Select materials, colors, finishes, and furnishings as per design theme.
- Visit sites for measurements, supervision, and quality checks.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Assist in budgeting, BOQ preparation, and project timelines.
- Present design ideas and updates to clients in meetings.
- Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on design trends andnewmaterials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum Two Years of Experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Enscape walkthrough, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes and space planning.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage timelines.
- Site supervision.
