Senior Architect Industry:
Corporate / Hospitality Interiors Job Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and execution for corporate and hospitality interior projects
- Prepare concept designs, space planning, layouts, and detailed drawings
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, MEP consultants, and vendors
- Review and approve shop drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
- Ensure designs comply with project timelines, quality standards, and budgets
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution and resolve design-related issues
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams
- Participate in client presentations and design discussions
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in corporate or hospitality interior projects
- Strong knowledge of interior detailing, materials, and finishes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, MS Office
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Experience in Gurugram / NCR projects will be an added advantage
