Senior Architect

Role Description The Senior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design from concept to execution, prepare and review drawings, and ensure design quality and consistency across projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, managing project timelines, and overseeing technical integration of design solutions. The role involves guiding junior team members, conducting design reviews, and participating in client meetings to understand requirements and present design proposals. The Senior Architect will also support construction oversight, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and contribute to the firm's research-driven design processes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated experience leading complex projects.
• Ability to work with design-related Software Development and Integration tools relevant to architectural workflows.
• Proven Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, visualization software).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Experience overseeing on-site execution, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to mentor and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
