Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Senior Architect at Artius Interior Products. The Senior Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management, software development, integration, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project handling: concept development, client presentations, 3D visualizations, design documentation, BOQ/BOM, and handover.
• Design and deliver high-end residential architecture and interiors,
• Develop technical drawings, moodboards, finishing schedules, and material specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and execution quality.
• Perform periodic site visits to ensure quality control, adherence to specifications, and timely delivery.
• Guide junior architects and promote a collaborative team environment.
• Contribute to new product development (NPD) in collaboration with the design and fabrication teams.
• Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and flow plans, working closely with the PMC Team for the comp of the project.

Software

• AutoCAD – advanced level
• SketchUp (3D) – essential
• Photoshop – working proficiency
• MS Office Suite – documentation and coordination

Qualifications

• Architectural Design and Project Management skills
• Experience in software development and integration
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
