Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development for assigned projects
- Prepare and review architectural drawings — plans, sections, elevations, and details
- Develop construction documentation packages — GFC drawings, schedules, specifications
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for design integration
- Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals for architectural elements
- Conduct site visits to verify architectural execution quality
- Guide and review work of junior architects and draftspersons in the team
- Participate in client design presentations and respond to design queries
- 8+ years of architectural design experience
- High-rise residential experience mandatory
- B.Arch qualification
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit / BIM preferred
- Strong detailing skills — facades, joinery, material interfaces
