The Auburn Studio is hiring two Senior Architects to join our Chennai team.

We are looking for architects who are confident project leaders, deeply detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership from concept to completion.

Role Overview

As a Senior Architect, you will lead architecture and interior design projects end to end. This is a leadership role that combines design thinking, technical rigour, and execution management.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal team to deliver high-quality projects aligned with the studio's design philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects independently with a small design team
• Develop strong design concepts and translate them into detailed working drawings
• Produce high-quality presentations, visualisations, and client documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
• Conduct site visits and resolve on-site challenges effectively
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal processes
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 3 to 6 years of experience in architecture and/or interior design
• Proven ability to handle projects independently
• Strong detailing ability and technical documentation skills
• High proficiency in design and visualisation software
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Leadership mindset with collaborative team skills
• Experience in detail-driven residential and/or commercial projects
