Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role located in the Pune District. The Senior Architect will oversee architectural design processes, manage and integrate project elements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, functional, and innovative designs. Responsibilities include project planning, collaboration with clients, managing teams, and coordinating effective integration of architecture with other disciplines. Regular consultation with stakeholders and adherence to project timelines and quality standards are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong ability to create innovative and functional space solutions.
• Proficiency in architectural design and project execution.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including the ability to lead teams, oversee timelines, and coordinate with consultants.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to deliver sustainable designs and integrate local context in projects.
• Familiarity with current building codes, ordinances, and best practices in architecture and sustainability.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Previous experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is a strong advantage.
