Job Description
We're hiring: Senior Architect (5–7+ years) | Talati & Partners LLP, Mumbai
I'm looking for a Senior Architect to join my studio at Talati & Partners LLP, Worli. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take a project from concept to construction and guide a small team along the way.

Talati & Partners is an established architecture and planning practice headquartered at Ceejay House, Worli. Our work spans high-rise residential and commercial towers, urban redevelopment, and large institutional projects across Mumbai and beyond. We work as a studio that values design quality, technical rigour, and outcomes that genuinely serve our clients.
What you'll do
- Lead projects through all stages, from concept and design development to working drawings and site coordination
- Mentor and guide a team of architects, reviewing their drawings and keeping quality consistent
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape and other consultants, resolving design and technical issues early
- Present to clients, run design meetings, and turn feedback into clear decisions
- Manage deliverables, timelines and quality on multiple projects at once
- Make sure design intent survives all the way through to construction
What we're looking for
- B.Arch from a recognised institution; CoA registration required
- 5–7+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a reputed practice
- Strong design sense backed by solid technical and detailing knowledge
- Proven experience producing construction documentation for large projects
- Good working knowledge of Mumbai DCPR 2034, approvals and redevelopment norms (a big plus)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; SketchUp, Rhino or similar tools for presentations
- Confidence leading a team and dealing directly with clients and consultants
- Clear communication, a calm approach under deadlines, and real attention to detail
