Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Architect to join our team in Coimbatore. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design projects, oversee project management, and ensure designs are developed and executed in line with the firm's ethos. Responsibilities include creating innovative architectural solutions, coordinating design integration with technical teams, and managing project timelines and deliverables. The role also involves collaborating with clients and team members to bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution
• Develop design concepts, spatial planning, and detailed drawings
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Oversee design development, material selection, and detailing
• Review drawings, ensure design quality, and maintain studio standards
• Support site coordination and execution to ensure design intent is achieved
• Mentor junior architects and guide the design team when required

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong ability to conceptualize and execute creative design solutions.
• 2+ years of professional experience in architectural practice
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently
• Solid experience in Project Management, with the capability to oversee timelines, budgets, and effective resource allocation.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and site coordination
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate with clients effectively.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field, along with a valid architectural license.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software is required.
