Senior Architect

Scope of Work

Lead architectural design development from concept to Good for Construction (GFC) stage

Develop creative, innovative, and context-sensitive design solutions aligned with project brief

Prepare and thoroughly review detailed architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, faade details, and execution drawings

Ensure high level of detailing accuracy and design consistency in all drawings

Oversee presentation drawings, 3D views, and client presentation materials with strong visual clarity

Effectively utilize design software and AI tools for concept generation, visualization, presentation enhancement, and documentation efficiency

Coordinate effectively with Structural, MEP, and other consultants

Conduct client meetings, explain design concepts confidently, and manage revisions

Guide and supervise junior architects, draftsmen, and interns

Monitor drawing quality and compliance with local building regulations

Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to maintain design intent during execution

Conduct site visits and resolve technical or design-related issues

Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all architectural outputs

Requirements

B.Arch / M.Arch with minimum7+ years of experience

Strong creative design ability with excellent detailing skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp

Experience in Premium ,residential hospitality & commercial projects preferred

Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skill.
