Senior Architect

Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Architect with a strong background in corporate interior fit-outs. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end design projects, coordinate with clients and project teams, and deliver innovative workspace solutions that align with client requirements and timelines.

Location: Mumbai (with PAN India travel)

Experience: 712 years in Corporate Interior Fit-Outs

Reports to: Director

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Meeting with clients to determine project requirements.

- Developing and presenting design concepts and proposals.

- Managing design projects from concept through completion.

- Preparing drawings, specifications, and related documents.

- Coordinating with project teams, consultants, clients, and vendors.

- Ensuring budgets and timelines are adhered to.

- Leading design teams with tasks and deadlines.

- Conducting periodic site visits for design validation.

- Managing handover documentation and project closure.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

- 712 years of experience in corporate interior fit-outs.

- Prior experience in design & build companies is required.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, 3Ds Max, and MS Office.

- Strong creativity, presentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to lead teams and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
