Senior Architect

Qualifications and experience needed:

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a minimum of Five to Ten years of experience is a MUST.

Typical Work includes:

• Preparing working drawings, site layout, plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Knowledge of Planning regulations of NMMC/UDCPR.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Sketchup.
• able to understand Architectural, Structural, MEP, Landscape drawings, Project specifications, etc. to work with assigned consultants for the project and ensuring the drawing delivery at site on time.
• liaison with civic bodies/related Consultants for timely approvals of the Project essentials whenever necessary.
• develop designs, as per the relevant regulations.
• should be able to not only formulate the design but also present for discussion.
• dealing with staff and sub-contractors and ensuring quality is met.
• managing client interaction and promoting positive relationships.
• ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.

The remuneration offered shall be at par with the Experience and Work skillset that the Candidate may possess.
