Key Responsibilities
• Lead architectural design from concept through to execution: conceptualization, schematic design, design development, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Oversee preparation of plans, elevations, sections, 3D renderings, visuals, and presentation materials.
• Ensure compliance with municipal regulations, codes, safety, statutory approvals, environmental norms.
• Manage and lead site visits for design oversight, execution monitoring, quality control, resolving site challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior architects/drafters; review their work and provide feedback.
• Participate in client meetings, present designs, respond to design modifications / revisions based on feedback.
• Oversee project timelines, ensure deliverables are on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure documentation, as‐built drawings and handover deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master's (M.Arch) is preferred.
• 10-12 years of relevant experience in architecture, or depending on scale and complexity, maybe more. Should have handled full lifecycle of projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit; strong skills in 3D tools/rendering software (SketchUp, Lumion, V Ray, etc.)
• Detail orientation, ability to produce/review working/construction drawings.
• Strong communication (verbal & written) for dealing with clients, consultants, contractors.
• Leadership: ability to lead small teams, guide juniors.
• Problem solving, resolving site issues, adaptability.
