Shift: Day 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Work Days: 6 days working (Sunday's fixed Weekoff)

*Job Description:*
_We are looking for a highly experienced Architect with 10+ years of expertise in architectural design, planning, and execution, specializing in SRA (Slum Rehabilitation Authority) and Cluster Development Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, project coordination, and stakeholder management in urban redevelopment projects_

Sr. Architect with Experience of around 8-10 Years in SRA & Cluster Development
*Job Description:*
Specialized in redevelopment projects across Greater Mumbai including Mira-Bhayandar & Thane.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of DCR (Development Control Regulations), redevelopment policies, feasibility studies, and the overall architectural design process for old buildings, societies, and slum rehabilitation projects.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Project Feasibility & Planning:
Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for redevelopment projects.
Assess existing structures, prepare reports, and suggest design solutions.
Work on massing studies and FSI calculations as per local regulations.
*Architectural Design & Drawings:*
Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for redevelopment projects.
Prepare working drawings, submission drawings, and coordination with consultants.
Ensure compliance with building codes, DCR norms, and RERA guidelines.
*Regulatory Approvals & Liaison Work:*
Coordinate with municipal corporations (BMC, NMMC, etc.) for project approvals.
Prepare and submit documents for IOD, CC, OC, and other necessary clearances.
Work closely with legal and town planning consultants for necessary sanctions.
*Stakeholder Coordination:*
Collaborate with developers, society members, and government officials.
Address concerns of society members regarding architectural planning.
Present designs and project progress to clients and authorities.
*Execution & Site Coordination:*
Oversee project execution and ensure alignment with design intent.
Work with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors.
Conduct site visits and resolve on-site architectural challenges.
*Sustainability & Innovation:*
Implement sustainable design practices for better efficiency and compliance.
Stay updated on new materials, technologies, and redevelopment trends.
*Qualifications & Skills:*
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA).
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in redevelopment projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
Strong knowledge of Mumbai/Navi Mumbai redevelopment policies and DCR.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
*Preferred Skills:*
Experience in Slum Redevelopment (SRA) and Cluster Development.
Understanding of TDR (Transfer of Development Rights) & FSI norms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
