Position Overview:
Ileseum Clubs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 6 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on master planning, clubhouses, sports amenities and wellness. This role requires proficiency in both conceptual and technical design, leading design teams, and collaborating with various stakeholders to bring projects to fruition.
Key Responsibilities:
Master planning is one of the major roles. Lead the architectural design and execution of complex clubhouses, and sports amenities, ensuring design
excellence and alignment with client requirements. Develop architectural concepts and present innovative solutions while maintaining project integrity,
timelines, and budget. Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams, providing guidance and feedback on design
development, construction documentation, and technical drawings. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure design intent is carried through
to construction. Design and review detailed architectural plans, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, and 3D
models. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards in all designs. Contribute to project proposals and business development efforts, including client meetings and
presentations. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into
designs.

Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural design, with a preferably strong portfolio of clubhouse, and sports-related projects.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong interest in sports and passionate towards building functional, healthy and vibrant spaces for fitness, wellness and sports facilities.
Strong expertise in designing master plans, sports facilities, and clubhouse environments. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, BIM, and Photoshop. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction documentation. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and work with
clients. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with an ability to balance design vision and practical
constraints.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Advanced knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and its integration into project workflows. Experience working with international design standards and a global client base. Expertise in sustainable architecture and energy-efficient design. Familiarity with advanced visualization tools (e.g., Revit, Rhino, Enscape).
