Senior Architect

Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Architect. You'll work closely with top leadership to create architecture design concepts, drive project execution, and ensure design standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create design concepts and design briefs with top leadership

- Drive value additions in space planning and design

- Ensure timely decision-making and adherence to company standards

- Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants

- Review designs, evaluate performance of consultants, and drive execution

- Inspect project execution at sites and resolve bottlenecks

- Foster team work and development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

- 10+ years of experience in architecture and real estate

- Professional license in Architecture preferred

- Strong understanding of zoning regulations, building codes, and land use policies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience on commercial tower projects preferred

- Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green certifications
