Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Architect. The Senior Architect will be responsible for developing and overseeing architectural designs, collaborating on project plans, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and leading project management efforts. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless integration of architectural elements with technical and design specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience in Software Development and Integration for architectural technology and tools
- Proven expertise in Project Management, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design and structural integrity
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in architecture, with demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- LEED accreditation or a strong understanding of sustainable design principles is a plus
