Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect at Poulomi Estates Pvt. Ltd., located in Hyderabad. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, reviewing and integrating project requirements, coordinating designs with internal and external teams, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Additionally, the role involves overseeing project management processes, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met, and maintaining high standards of architectural quality in all aspects of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Software Development and Integration related to architectural workflows
• Proficiency in Project Management to plan, execute, and complete projects efficiently
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate with diverse teams
• Understanding of building codes, design specifications, and sustainability principles
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Relevant industry certifications or advanced technical qualifications are a plus
