Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Hyderabad for a Senior Architect. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects, ensuring integration of architectural design, and managing project timelines. Day-to-day tasks include developing and reviewing architectural design, coordinate with consultants, clients, stakeholders, coordinating with construction teams, and ensuring projects adhere to quality and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design
- Experience in integration of various project components such as structure ,HVAC, and other services.
- Knowledge of Softwares related to architectural design,CAD, ,knowledge in 3d Rhino is a must ,and other presentation softwares.
- Organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team of junior architects
- Demonstrated experience in similar roles within studio environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
