Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and creativeJunior Architectto join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will work alongside senior architects to assist in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience looking to expand their skills in architectural design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of architectural designs, plans, and client presentations.
• Prepare detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp with use of Vray softwares.
• Coordinate with other team members, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project requirements are met.
• Communication with clients, understanding their requirements and providing suggestions regarding our services along with suitable design suggestions.
• Perform site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and building codes.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including technical specifications, reports, and schedules.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, building codes, and technologies.
• Contribute to the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction is a must.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, VRay
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations as per the local authority.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality architectural work.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work under tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and grow within the architectural field.
