Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Architect who can independently manage large-scale Architectural, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle end-to-end project responsibilities, from concept to execution.
- Be well-versed with local building by-laws, development control regulations, and norms of relevant sanctioning authorities.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Manage architectural studios in an organized and autonomous manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architectural practice.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twin-Motion, Enscape, knowledge of other architectural software is preferable.
- Familiarity with ArchiCAD is considered an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
