Positioned as an alternative to traditional local contractors and large apartment developers, MyScaai delivers custom homes with smart automation, fixed pricing, and fixed timelines. A centralized team of architects, engineers, and project managers based in Bangalore travels to different cities to design and build homes end-to-end. The company currently operates in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ballari, Bhopal, and Mysore, with ambitious targets of expanding to 500 cities and delivering 15,000 homes per year. Role Description The Senior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Senior Architect will lead end-to-end architectural design for smart homes, from concept development and client consultations to detailed drawings and coordination with engineering and construction teams. This role includes overseeing integration of smart automation solutions into home designs, ensuring that aesthetics, functionality, and technology work seamlessly together. The Senior Architect will manage project timelines and deliverables, review designs for quality and compliance, and collaborate closely with project managers and software development teams to align construction plans with MyScaai's tech-enabled model. The position also involves mentoring junior architects, contributing to design standards and best practices, and supporting the company's expansion into new cities.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated experience in residential or smart home projects.
• Experience with Software Development collaboration and Integration of technology solutions into building designs.
• Proven Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of multi-stakeholder construction projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with BIM workflows.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainable design practices relevant to the Indian context.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions clearly.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate across disciplines, and adapt in a fast-scaling, tech-enabled environment.
• Professional degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; registration with COA or equivalent professional body is an advantage.
• Experience leading design teams or mentoring junior professionals is highly beneficial.
