An exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing Architect firm

Mandatory : Looking for candidates from Architect firms, worked on high rise projects only

Conceptual & Detailed Design

• Lead the development of architectural concepts, master plans, and design strategies for large-scale projects.

• Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and visualizations for residential complexes, commercial tech parks, airports, and institutional/public buildings.

• Ensure design solutions are innovative, sustainable, functional, and compliant with regulations.

Project Management

• Manage the architectural design process from concept to execution.

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and coordination with internal teams Prepare design documentation, working drawings, GFCs, and specifications.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Attend client meetings, design reviews, and presentations.

• Collaborate closely with PMCs, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, façade, and other consultants to ensure integrated and seamless project development.

• Review and approve consultant drawings, ensuring alignment with architectural intent.

• Resolve site-level design issues and provide timely technical clarifications.

• Ensure adherence to design standards, safety norms, and project quality.

Salary offered : 5 LPA to 11 LPA
