RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and interpret client briefs; translate them into Vaastu-compliant, context-sensitive concepts.
- Develop feasibility studies, design proposals, and site strategies across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Present design concepts to clients and obtain feedback at critical stages.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, drafting, MEP, project management) for accurate design translation.
- Prepare timelines, review design progress, and ensure approvals at schematic and detailed stages.
- Create construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints for execution.
- Maintain compliance with all town planning, environmental, and regulatory codes.
- Archive and audit all design files, correspondence, and versions with clarity.
- Collaborate with the MD for key design decisions and project reviews.
- Lead design review meetings; ensure documentation of decisions and task allocation.
- Support BOQ development and material specifications in coordination with the execution team.
- Conduct site visits to ensure execution matches design intent; document QC deviations.
- Mentor junior architects and interns; lead in-house knowledge sessions.
- Conduct post-completion design vs. execution analysis to refine processes.
