Senior Architect to lead the architectural vision, design, and execution of our landmark projects.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Architectural Design & Planning
Develop innovative and functional
architectural designs for
luxury residential, commercial, and IT park developments.
Work closely with
urban planners, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.
Create and review
concept designs, master plans, site layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
Ensure that designs align with
MicroMitti's brand vision of modern, sustainable, and premium real estate projects.
- Project Development & Execution
Oversee the
end-to-end architectural execution of projects, from design to completion.
Collaborate with
structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth integration of all design aspects.
Conduct
site visits and quality checks to ensure construction aligns with design intent and safety standards.
Provide
technical guidance and resolve design challenges during the construction phase.
- Sustainability & Innovation in Design
Implement
sustainable building practices, energy-efficient designs, and green architecture.
Research and incorporate
smart building technologies, space optimization, and innovative materials into projects.
Ensure compliance with
LEED, IGBC, and other sustainability certifications where applicable.
- Regulatory Compliance & Approvals
Ensure that designs comply with
local building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and RERA guidelines.
Work with the
liaisoning team to obtain necessary approvals from authorities like
T&CP, Municipal Corporation, and Urban Development Departments.
- Team Leadership & Client Coordination
Lead a team of
junior architects, designers, and CAD professionals.
Present design concepts and updates to
stakeholders, investors, and senior management.
Coordinate with marketing teams to
visualize and present designs effectively to clients and investors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in architectural design, planning, and execution of
luxury real estate or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a reputed institution.
Strong expertise in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, and other architectural design software.
Proficiency in
urban planning, space utilization, and sustainable architecture.
Experience working with
real estate developers, urban infrastructure projects, and large-scale townships.
Knowledge of
building codes, regulatory approvals, and environmental sustainability practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and
stakeholder management abilities.
