About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Architect with a passion for creating landmark luxury residences. This is a unique opportunity to work on ultra-bespoke, high-end architectural projects for high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will combine aesthetic sensitivity with technical expertise to deliver timeless, high-performance homes that embody sophistication, functionality, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept development to final execution for prestigious residential estates.
- Produce bespoke, timeless designs balancing grandeur with livability and spatial harmony.
- Oversee and integrate multidisciplinary consultants including structural, MEP, landscape, lighting, and interior design teams.
- Solve complex design and site challenges including detailing, material selection, and envelope performance.
- Collaborate directly with clients to interpret vision and transform aspirations into built reality.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance with top-tier building standards and codes.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure the highest levels of design integrity and construction craftsmanship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized, accredited institution.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on luxury residential projects.
- A proven portfolio showcasing at least three completed high-end residences (10,000 sq. ft. or larger).
- Demonstrated success in working with high-profile, high-net-worth clientele.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit preferred), and 3D visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of classical and contemporary architectural styles, luxury materials, and interior detailing.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and client-facing communication skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in estate-scale master planning and coordination of multiple structures and amenity zones.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices, smart home integration, and cutting-edge building technologies.
- Experience working across diverse cultural contexts and regulatory frameworks.
- Multilingual communication skills to engage international clients (preferred, not mandatory).
