Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept to execution across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
- Develop detailed drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Oversee site execution and ensure design integrity is maintained.
- Client interaction and presentation of concepts, design development, and updates.
- Mentor junior architects and design teams.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, structural engineers, and MEP consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 7-9 years of professional experience in architecture and design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in handling high-end residential or hospitality projects preferred.
