Key Responsibilities
- Design residential & commercial Architectural projects
- Design better user experience concepts
- Oversee architectural planning and design development of aesthetics
- Coordinate with internal design team, consultants, and contractors.
- Do a site visit and check the developments as required
- Plan and Design floor plans as per UDCPR norms and FSI calculations & basic building design guidelines
- Manage architectural approval processes with relevant authorities/liaison officers.
