Key Responsibilities
- Develop concept designs and layout plans for the villa project
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed architectural plans
- Create 3D models and renders for client review
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress
- Ensure drawings match site conditions and update as required
- Assist in material selection and preparation of mood boards
- Communicate design intent clearly with contractors and vendors
- Support in project documentation, permits, and approvals
