About Hospertz

Hospertz is a doctor-founded healthcare infrastructure consultancy that plans, designs and executes hospitals and clinics across India - from land feasibility and licensing to construction, equipment and commissioning. We are currently delivering hospital projects in Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and beyond.

The role

You will own projects from approved design to handover. You'll lead drawings, coordinate structural/MEP consultants and contractors, run site reviews and keep every project on time, on budget and compliant. 2 positions, based at our Andheri-Sakinaka office, Mumbai.

What you'll do

• Lead architectural execution of hospital and clinic projects (30,000 - 2,00,000 sq ft)
• Produce and check working drawings, GFC sets and approval drawings in AutoCAD
• Coordinate structural, MEP, HVAC, medical gas and fire consultants; run design-coordination meetings
• Plan schedules, track progress, check contractor bills and BOQs, close snags
• Make regular site visits to project locations across India
• Present designs and progress to doctor-clients and investors

What we're looking for

• B.Arch with COA registration; 8-15+ years experience
• Has executed at least 2 large projects end-to-end - healthcare preferred, but commercial, industrial, pharma or institutional experience is fully welcome
• Strong AutoCAD (our team standard); MS Project/Primavera is a plus
• Working knowledge of building bye-laws, fire NOC and statutory approvals
• Exposure to NABH / hospital planning norms is a strong plus (we will train you)
• Confident communicator in English and Hindi; willing to travel
