We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect/ Team Lead with 810 years of proven experience in architectural design and project delivery of high-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will bring both creative vision and technical expertise, leading design teams from concept through execution, and ensuring excellence at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Oversee all architectural aspects of projects from concept to construction documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients for seamless project integration.
- Review and guide detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.
- Supervise junior architects and contribute to team development and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.
- 810+ years of experience, with significant work on high-rise building projects.
- Strong design and visualization skills with a solid portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other design tools.
- Excellent knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, and material application.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
