Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and development across multiple projects
- Prepare and review design concepts, drawings, and presentations
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Conduct site visits and supervise construction progress
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams
- Collaborate with 3D visualizers and technical teams for project execution
- Handle client presentations and design approvals
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Strong design sensibility with a robust portfolio
- Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in high-end residential/commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Experience in team leadership and client-facing roles
