Senior Architect

We're looking for architects who enjoy the design process people who are curious, thoughtful, and detail-oriented.

If you like working across diverse projects and shaping spaces with intent, we'd love to connect. Our studio works at an active pace, with multiple ideas and projects moving together while keeping design thinking clear and focused.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, work independently as well as in teams, and contribute to a collaborative, learning driven environment.

What you'll be doing

• Lead projects from concept to execution
• Translate client briefs into clear design directions
• Plan timelines and review drawings
• Coordinate with teams and consultants
• Mentor junior architects and designers

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience
• Strong eye for detail, composition, and materials
• A creative yet practical approach to design
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Clear communication skills

Skills Required

• Strong design sensibility with an eye for composition, detail, and materiality
• Ability to develop and communicate design concepts clearly
• Proficiency in design and visualization tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite, genrative AI etc.)
• Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and detailing
• Ability to manage drawings, timelines, and project coordination
• Clear communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
• Problem-solving approach with an iterative design process
• Basic understanding of local building codes and regulatory requirements
